As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at increasing sales in online stores and B2B companies. Responsibilities in this position include market analysis, running advertising campaigns, and collaborating with other departments within the company and external suppliers.

🏆What we expect:

  • experience in implementing marketing strategies for online stores and B2B companies in commercial activities (minimum 2 years of documented commercial experience on the agency or client side)
  • proficiency in advertising systems (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others)
  • experience in using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics tools
  • independence, but also the ability to work in a team
  • communicative English, both spoken and written
  • analytical skills, openness, communication skills
  • desire to develop

🧑‍💻 What you will be doing:

  • preparing marketing strategies that take into account the specifics of e-commerce and B2B marketing, including marketing and sales funnels
  • implementing marketing strategies at the level of advertising systems (Paid Search and Paid Social) – from analyzing target groups and competition, through implementing individual campaigns at the level of advertising tools, to evaluating the profitability and effectiveness of activities
  • contact with external suppliers (media buying)
  • cooperation with internal activities (SEO and Content Marketing, Brand Communication) in order to implement the strategy
  • implementation of performance marketing activities focused on sales and lead generation, taking into account business objectives (ROAS, ERS at the business level)
  • ongoing planning of activities, reporting, and analysis at the product, product category, and entire business levels, as well as attribution and traffic share
  • testing new marketing channels
  • PPC campaigns in other advertising systems (e.g., Criteo Ads, Taboola Ads, Tik-Tok Ads, Bing Ads)
  • scaling sales
