Cyrek Digital is a marketing agency that has been operating on the Polish market for 10 years. Our office is located in the very center of Zgierz, and our team consists of over 40 talented people. Due to continuous development and increasingly interesting challenges for our clients, we are looking for an SEO Specialist to join our SEO department.

What will you be doing?

Preparing SEO strategies – from keyword analysis and competitor analysis to assessing the profitability of activities
creating technical SEO audits focusing on key aspects and pressing issues – activities based on tasks for developers, not on writing elaborate reports
Website optimization – website structure analysis, crawl budget, internal redirects, thin content, comparative content analysis
link building – from strategy to management and verification
conducting ongoing SEO activities (website positioning) – a dofollow link could not be missing here
work tools – Screaming Frog, Clusteric, Searchmetrics, Ahrefs, Senuto, Surferseo, Log File Analyzer, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Keyword Tool, #turboasapmachine3000
preparing offers for current and new agency clients
ongoing activity planning and reporting (boring, but necessary)

What do we expect?

experience in SEO in commercial activities – onsite and offsite (minimum 2 years of documented commercial experience on the agency or client side), including e-commerce projects
technical SEO knowledge
proficient use of available SEO tools
creative approach to problem solving
independence, but also the ability to work in a team
ability to work under time pressure
communicative English language skills, both spoken and written
analytical skills, openness, communication skills
desire for development
