New Business Manager

As New Business Manager, you will play a key role in developing our customer base and building long-term business relationships. Your task will be to identify new opportunities for cooperation, prepare offers tailored to the needs of potential partners, and actively support sales processes. In this role, both strategic thinking and energy for action are important—we are looking for a person who can effectively communicate the value of our services and passionately develop new directions for the company’s growth.
🧑💻 What you will be doing:
- actively acquiring new customers (cold calling, cold mailing, meetings with potential customers),
- handling inquiries about the agency’s services, conducting negotiations and establishing terms of cooperation,
- researching customer needs and preparing sales offers that give one, correct answer – yes.
🏆 What we expect:
- experience in selling B2B services in any industry (experience in a marketing agency is preferred),
- openness and communication skills are your strengths,
- quickly acquiring new knowledge,
