What will you be doing?

By joining our team as an Account Manager, you will be both a customer representative and a project manager.

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining good customer relations, exchanging information between the agency and the customer, and increasing the agency’s revenue by developing cooperation with the customer for new services.

As a project manager, you will manage internal processes within the agency—you will plan tasks and resources, ensure that tasks are completed on time, and take care of the quality of materials leaving the agency. And we don’t just mean checking whether the corrections received from the client have been made or whether the graphics prepared by the graphics department meet the client’s requirements. You are the person who knows the client best, their expectations and needs, and understands the goal that the client wants to achieve through cooperation with us.

Your responsibilities do not include active sales and acquiring new leads. This is handled by our New Business Sales Manager, from whom you receive a contracted client with their first order.

What do we expect?

  • experience in customer management on the marketing agency side (minimum 1 year),
  • experience in managing e-commerce marketing projects (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO) is welcome,
  • Skills in building customer relationships,
  • ability to take the initiative to recommend effective and non-standard solutions,
  • independence, but also the ability to work in a team of several people,
  • openness, communication skills, honesty,
  • ability to work under time pressure and manage your time,
  • knowledge of English enabling fluent communication, both spoken and written, in everyday work.
