How does the recruitment process look like?

You choose a job offer that best reflects your specialization. On the job offer page, you apply by sending basic contact information and your CV.

At the beginning, we verify your CV and the information contained in it. If we think that your professional profile differs from the profile we are looking for, we thank you for your participation in the recruitment or (if we hope) we will invite you to the next stages of recruitment.
1st Step
01
- You start the first stage of recruitment. You fill out the qualification questionnaire (we will send you the link by email). On this stage, we verify the necessary skills, your experience and expectations for the job on the given position. Filling out the questionnaire will take you 5 minutes.
- We verify your applications. If for some reason it does not fit the position you have chosen, you will receive an email from us with information about what went wrong. If we think that your professional profile differs from the profile we are looking for, we thank you for your participation in the recruitment or (if we hope) we will invite you to the next stages of recruitment.
2nd Step
02
- In the second stage of recruitment, you will have a material conversation with a person representing the department (remote or on-site in the agency) to which we are conducting recruitment. On this stage, we will ask you what your expectations are for the job in our agency, in which directions you want to develop and we will answer all your questions.
- Then we will send you information whether we have any doubts about our future cooperation or the conversation went well, how to proceed and you move to the last stage.
3rd Step
03
- At this stage, you will have a conversation with the president of the company. This is the last step of the process and there is no scenario.
