Let’s get started!
On April 1, 2010, Max Cyrek establishes Cyrek Internet Technologies. Nothing will ever be the same again. Still operating as a one-man army, he acquires his first clients for websites for PLN 399, Google AdWords campaigns, and search engine optimization for PLN 1 for three months.
The beginnings of team building
A few months later, it was clear that this business had potential. In 2011, Max was joined by more people who were entering the world of marketing and internet technology.
By the end of the year, the team had grown to six people. We were definitely spending too much time playing foosball and smoking tobacco…
Difficult decisions
There are more and more of us. We have exceeded 15 people in the team. We had to decide whether we wanted to go for quantity or quality. We decided to focus on building strong team competencies and demanding clients, which will bear fruit in the future.
This year, we are rebranding to Cyrek Digital, changing our legal form, and thoroughly renovating our headquarters.
Dynamic growth
Large contracts, even greater responsibility, and a team of 30 people.
Two new companies are born. Cyrek Events in Krakow, which focuses on offline events, complementing our digital activities with real experiences.
More customers, more transfers, and more paperwork are the reasons behind the creation of Cyrek Finance.
Moments of terror
This year has verified our earlier decisions and shown that we can cope in difficult times. Despite difficult moments and nervous counting of cash reserves at the beginning of the year, we knew our worth. When others were laying off staff, we were recruiting.
Top-quality services
We join the distinguished group of the top 3% of Polish agencies by obtaining Google Premier Partner status.
We receive the Meta Business Partner and Criteo Premium Partner awards.
Data-Driven Marketing
We decide to narrow our scope of activity to marketing only. Cyrek Digital transforms from an interactive agency into a marketing agency.
We begin a project to restructure the organization, as a result of which we define our mission, vision, and values, and create a 5-year development plan for Cyrek Digital.
Our expertise in the areas of creation and development lays the foundation for the creation of the creative agency Cyrek Creative.
Optimization and scaling
Reorganization and optimization of work. We are implementing a matrix structure and introducing technical project teams. We are creating our own tools for work and project management, as well as technical tools for building competitive advantages. We are preparing for the scaling process. Nothing can surprise us.
